Creative Landscape Depot | Social Media Policy 2011
The Philosophy
Social Media are about dialogue: they are equal parts speaking and listening. Like any conversation, the exchanges that take place in social media form the basis of a relationship and the terms of the relationship depend on what is said and what is perceived to have been said.
There are two main types of communication with regard to a business’ marketing strategy: inbound communications and outbound communications. It is important to keep outbound communication clear and consistent with core values. Above all, communication should be sincere and genuine, and share something useful with the audience.
